Shipping:
Orders will generally be processed within two to five(2-5) business days, but may take up to ten(10) business days. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. If an item is out of stock/on backorder, or it is during the holiday season, expect a little wait.

Please note the following: 

In order to comply with paypal's seller protection policy we will no longer take requests to change the shipping address on your order. The only address that we will ship to is what is on the paypal account. If you need your package sent to a different address you must change the shipping address on your paypal account prior to placing your order. If you have already placed your order, we must cancel the order and place a new one with the correct shipping address. 

Your desired shipping method goes into effect AFTER it is processed. Keep that in mind when ordering.

Paying with an e-check on paypal? Your processing begins once your e-check clears, not when you send it.

Domestic:
You will receive an email from Cold Cuts with a delivery confirmation number, indicating that your order has been shipped. Orders shipping via USPS and should arrive within three(3) to seven(7) days. If you haven't received your order within 15 days of shipping, please email us with your name, account email address, and transaction number, and we will do our best to track down your order.

International:
Your orders take longer to arrive. International orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive at their destination.  

There is no tracking available for first class international shipping. You will be provided with a customs number to verify that it has passed through US customs. Once the order leaves the US customs office (located in Jamaica NY) it cannot be tracked. If you choose this option Cold Cuts will not be liable for any undelivered or lost international orders. We only offer first class international to keep shipping cost down and 99% of the time we have no issues with this option, but again, if you choose first class international we are not liable for a lost package. If your package does not reach its destination within 8 weeks we will attempt to help you locate it by opening up an international parcel investigation. There are other options available to ship internationally such as priority international, express international, and global express guaranteed international. These options are a bit more in cost, but will allow you to track your order.

Returns/Exchanges:
All items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days (of the confirmed delivery date) for domestic orders and 45 days (of the confirmed shipping date) for international orders. Returns/Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in resell-able condition. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges, including the shipment back to purchaser on exchanges, and a 15% restocking fee for returns. Send the shipping and restocking money along with your item as cash, check/money order made out to "Cold Cuts", or you may send money through paypal to coldcutsmerch@gmail.com. If you have any questions about how much to send please email with all the information about your situation. Restocking and shipping charges are waived for Cold Cuts mistakes or defective merchandise ONLY. If it is an error on our part, please email us at coldcutsmerch@gmail.com prior to shipping back your item.

Repackage the unwanted merchandise with your original invoice. Please make a note on your invoice, telling us whether you'd like an exchange or a refund (exchange item must be equal or lesser value, and you must include return shipping expenses, we can't stress that enough). We will then send you a new item or refund your account for the cost of the item.
 
ANY PACKAGE RETURNED TO COLD CUTS MUST HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER. COLD CUTS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS OBTAINED PROOF OF DELIVERY.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed. You will receive a notification that your order has been refunded or your exchange item has been shipped out. Original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges. Send your unfit shirt(s) to:
