Q: What payment methods are accepted on your site? 

A: We accept Amazon payments, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Paypal and Visa. 


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do! We typically ship our international orders using DHL Parcel International Standard.

Q: What does it mean when an item is on pre-order?

A: A pre-order item is a product that is available to purchase before it’s produced. Pre-order items typically take longer to ship than a normal item that is sitting in our warehouse, because it is not actually physically available yet. The turnaround time for pre-orders are about 3 to 4 weeks, but can change. 


Q: How do I know if my order contains a pre-order, backorder or made to order item? 

A: You can find this information in the description of the product you are ordering. 


Q: How much is shipping to my country?

A: Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the package, as well as location. You’ll see the cost of shipping at checkout. 


Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Our processing times are dependent on the products purchased. Pre-order items can take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, made to order items have a 2 week processing time and items that are readily available on our shelves should ship within 1 to 3 business days. 


Q: I entered the incorrect address, what do I do?

A: We recommend always double checking your shipping and order information prior to processing a payment. We understand that accidents happen and are happy to correct your address if your order hasn’t shipped yet. You can email our customer service team at orders@sidewalkfs.com. Please include your full name, email and order number for easy reference.


Q: Can I cancel or edit my order?

A: Yes you can, please email our customer service team with your full name, email and order number at orders@sidewalkfs.com. Please note that all made to order items that are cancelled or changed after 3 business days are subject to a 15% fee. Any made to order item that is returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Q: Why isn’t (insert item here) available in my size/ When are you going to restock (Insert item here)?

A: If you are interested in an item that is not available in your size, please contact our customer service team at orders@sidewalkfs.com.


Q: I paid for expedited shipping but I still don’t have my item, what gives?

A: The shipping method selected at checkout is triggered after a shipping label has been processed. There will still be a processing time of around 3 to 7 business days (excluding pre-order and made to order items), regardless of shipping method selected. For example, if you select 2-Day Shipping, it does not mean that you will receive your package 2 days from when the order was placed, rather it will deliver 2 days after the label has been processed.  We are not responsible for delivery delays.


Q: It has been an extended period of time since my order has shipped and I still haven't received it, what do I do? 

A: If you think your package is lost, you can email our customer service team with your full name, email and order number at orders@sidewalkfs.com and we will file a claim with a third party insurance company. 


Q: Is the Counterparts “Mystery” Shirt actually a shirt with a question mark on the front or a random shirt from their catalog?

A: It is a shirt not listed on their catalog and certainly not a shirt with a big question mark on the front.
